Lisney – the competitive edge with a Facebook case study

 

Objective:

To give estate agents, Lisney, the competitive edge and to showcase it use of Facebook Live as part of its ongoing social activity.

Solution:

Lisney, one of Ireland’s leading and most discerning estate agents, hired 256 to work on its social activity. As part of lead generation and general on the page activity, Lisney and 256 collaborated on a six-part property showcase on Facebook Live.

The company’s aims were twofold: generate solid leads for a number of properties and raise awareness for the Lisney brand and its expert agents.

The campaign used Facebook Live to broadcast real-time house tours of a variety of attractive properties. Filmed on a mobile phone and conducted by Lisney’s expert agents, the Facebook Live viewings allowed potential homebuyers to take an in-depth look at these properties from the comfort of their desktop or mobile.

Lisney’s novel use of Facebook Live helped solidify its reputation as a forward-thinking brand and generate solid leads.

  • Viewings up by 350 percent

Result:

The Live series was so successful that Lisney became the first estate in Ireland to be featured in a Facebook ‘Success Story’. It is one of only three estate agents to be showcased in all of the EMEA region.
